Indonesia imposes anti-dumping duties on mainland and Taiwan nylon films

印尼对大陆与台湾尼龙薄膜征收反倾销税

The Finance Minister imposed anti-dumping duties on imports of nylon film products from mainland China, Thailand and Taiwan, China, as the export prices of the imports in question were lower than the normal value, resulting in losses to the local industry. The provisions shall take effect 10 working days after the date of promulgation on March 11, 2025, and shall be valid for four years. Based on the findings of Indonesia's anti-dumping commission, it was found that there was dumping of nylon film products from mainland China, Thailand and Taiwan, China, causing losses to the domestic industry and a causal link was found to exist between the dumping and the losses suffered by the domestic industry. The anti-dumping duty was imposed on nylon not exceeding 0.25 millimeters in thickness (polyamides) film or foil imports levied under tariff codes ex3920.92.10 and ex3920.92.99, originating in mainland China, Thailand, and Taiwan, China.
