Countries around the world are competing to build nuclear power plants, mostly using Chinese and Russian technology. Nuclear energy is a low-emission energy source with many advantages. The Chamber of Commerce has a prioritized plan for the "Green Indonesia" initiative in 2025. Currently, the United States, Russia and China have made proposals for the development of nuclear power plants in Indonesia, which are still under negotiation with the Indonesian government.
