The China-Indonesia "Two-Country Twin-Park" Marine Equipment Manufacturing Park project recently successfully completed the hoisting of its first steel column, marking the official transition from underground foundation construction to the critical above-ground main structure construction phase, laying a solid foundation for subsequent project construction. Under on-site command and coordination, the truck crane smoothly lifted the steel column and precisely placed it at the predetermined position of the 1# Building Zone B foundation cap. The entire hoisting process was standardized and orderly, achieving success in a single attempt. The project is undertaken by Yuanhong Two-Country Twin-Park (Fujian) Holding Group Co., Ltd., located in Chengtou Town, Fuqing City, with a total construction area of 92,333 square meters, planned to build 7 individual buildings, with a maximum of 5 floors above ground, a height of approximately 23.05 meters, and structural forms including frame structure and steel structure. To ensure the successful implementation of the first steel structure hoisting, the project team specially prepared a special construction plan, used BIM technology to conduct hoisting simulation exercises, and rationally planned on-site transportation routes and crane parking positions. At the same time, the team communicated in advance with steel structure manufacturers, coordinated production capacity and arranged dedicated supervisors to ensure components arrived on site on time and with quality. During construction, the project strictly adhered to safety production bottom lines, comprehensively conducted safety technical briefings, thoroughly inspected lifting machinery and rigging before hoisting, and safety management personnel supervised the entire process on site, ensuring full process safety and controllability while maintaining construction quality and efficiency. The China-Indonesia "Two-Country Twin-Park" project is a landmark project for deepening strategic cooperation and jointly building the "Belt and Road" initiative. As an important supporting project, after completion, the Marine Equipment Manufacturing Park will focus on Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia, carrying out industrial chain cooperation in marine equipment manufacturing and deep-sea aquaculture, aiming to build a national-level marine aquaculture equipment industry demonstration base, further promoting deep integration between China and Indonesia in areas such as marine economy, industrial supporting facilities, and technological collaboration, providing solid industrial support for enhancing the quality and efficiency of the "Two-Country Twin-Park" cooperation.
