The official commencement of the 120,000-ton annual output lithium iron phosphate cathode material production base (Phase II) project of Lithium Source Technology's Indonesia Lithium Source reflects the company's important progress in its globalization strategy and development of new energy industry.Against the background of deepening new energy industry cooperation between China and Indonesia, Indonesia Lithium Source Phase II project held a groundbreaking ceremony in Semarang, marking the project from the preliminary piling into the full-scale construction stage, the future will become the world's largest lithium iron phosphate cathode materials manufacturing base in addition to China. Its first phase of 30,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate production line was completed and put into operation in 2024, and the first batch of products was shipped in January 2025, realizing the zero breakthrough of China's lithium iron phosphate technology in overseas large-scale mass production.
