The boom in e-commerce in Indonesia has prompted developers to aggressively build industrial parks and warehouses.According to the e-Conomy SEA 2024 report, e-commerce business is expected to be the largest contributor to Indonesia's digital economy in 2024, estimated at US$65 billion (approximately Rp 1026.1 trillion).Agung Intiland, a developer of integrated industrial parks and warehouses in North Jakarta, is constructing a new warehouse in Laksana Business Park. In addition the company owns 1,200 hectares of land, making the park the largest industrial park and warehouse area in the northern part of Tangerang regency and western Jakarta, and has obtained the relevant operating license to accommodate heavy industries.
