Indonesian real estate tycoon optimistic after witnessing Xindu's development
Sugianto Kusuma, owner of real estate giant Agung Sedayu Group and developer of the PIK area, is optimistic about the success of Indonesia's new capital (IKN).He expressed this after witnessing the growth of IKN while attending the 79th Independence Day ceremony.Also known as Aguan, he traveled to the new capital with other members of the Nusantara consortium and was amazed at the IKN's architecture. After seeing it with his own eyes, he was optimistic that IKN would be a success.
Agung Sedayu of Aguan is the leader of the Nusantara consortium, the conglomerate that created the Nusantara Hotel in Switzerland, which is used as a place of stay for ministers and invited guests at independence commemorations. The consortium involves 10 companies, namely Salim Group, Sinarmas, Pulau Intan, Djarum, Wings Group, Adaro, Barito Pacific, Mulia Group, Kawan Lama, and Alfamart. he also countered those who don't like IKN by saying he thinks people need to see for themselves what IKN is like. He was surprised that the IKN building was so perfect so if people could see it with their own eyes they would be very optimistic about the new capital.
