Over the past few days, the much-anticipated China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Innovation and Development Demonstration Park Food Industry Park (Phase I) project is being rapidly advanced with high standards, strict requirements and internationalized vision.
As the flagship project of China-Indonesia "two parks in two countries", China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Innovation and Development Demonstration Park Food Industrial Park (Phase I) project has a total investment of 5.65 billion yuan, with a total land area of 1,700.68 acres and a total construction area of 1,234,500 square meters. It is intended to build industrial standardized factories, food e-commerce center, cold storage, office buildings, as well as hospitals, schools, park roads and other ancillary facilities.
Fuqing Yuanhong Hospital is the first start-up project of the Food Industrial Park (Phase I) project. At present, the project has completed the main construction of the basement, is carrying out the construction of the superstructure. Project leader Lin Xiong introduction, the peak of the construction staff put more than 200 people, more than 10 sets of various types of large machinery and equipment, to help the construction run out of "acceleration". The project is expected to be delivered in December 2025 for use.
It is reported that the Food Industrial Park (Phase I) project will focus on cultivating the characteristic green food industrial park and enhancing the carrier function of the park. At the same time, the introduction of domestic and foreign leading enterprises, to provide a platform for upstream and downstream related industries, pulling the development of industrial clusters.
