China-Indonesia "Two-Park" Demonstration Park, the second phase of the Food Industry Park will soon begin construction.

The Yuanhong Functional Zone of Fuzhou New District recently announced that a consortium led by CCCCI has successfully won the bid for the Food Industry Park (Phase II) project in the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Innovation and Development Demonstration Park, which is expected to begin construction in the first half of this year.

It is reported that this project is the key infrastructure support project of the "two countries and two parks" in Indonesia and China, with a total investment of 2.567 billion yuan, covering the upgrading of the western and eastern parks of Yuanhong Investment, Yuanhong resettlement housing (Phase I), the road project of Yuancheng Road (from the Haicheng Road to the section of Hongjia Boulevard), the green space around the Sanchuang Park, the green space around Yuanhong School and Hospital, the Houfeng drainage canal project and other 18 sub-projects. Yuanhong Resettlement Housing (Phase I) is the core part of the Food Industry Park (Phase II) project. As the first resettlement housing project in the Sino-Indonesian "Two Countries and Two Parks" area, the project has a total construction area of about 120,000 square meters, providing 743 resettlement housing units, with a variety of house types ranging from 45 square meters to 300 square meters. The project strives to become a benchmark resettlement housing project in the Sino-Indonesian "two parks" area and is scheduled to be completed and put into use in 2026.

Yuanhong investment in the western park, the eastern park supporting the upgrading project mainly includes Honghai West Road, Yuan Haiyi Road, Yuan Haiyi Road, Yuan Haiyi Road, Yuan Haiyi Road, Yongbin Road, Yuan Chuang Road, Yuan Kun Road, Pangyang Road, Liangcuo Road and other more than 10 road supporting the upgrading project and the surrounding facade style enhancement.
