The President Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) stated at a press conference for the 48th anniversary of the capital market held at the IDX Main Hall in Jakarta that two major leading enterprises plan to conduct their Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in the second half of 2025. In the first half of 2025, four large enterprises completed their IPOs: PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU), PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK), PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum Tbk (YUPI), and PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDIA). These enterprises have a market capitalization of IDR 3 trillion and a free float ratio of at least 15%. IDX's target is for six large enterprises to conduct IPOs in 2025. This data is as of August 2025, and the number may increase in the future. These six enterprises belong to different sectors: two from the basic materials sector, one from transportation and logistics, two from the industrial sector, and one from the financial sector. Among them, two fall into the category of leading enterprises, but it is currently unclear which sectors these two lighthouse enterprises come from.
