Nezha Motors closes first dealership in North Jakarta

Nezha Motors Indonesia has permanently closed its first dealership in Kelapa Gading, north of Jakarta. The closure is a strategic decision based on comprehensive business considerations to restructure operations.The brand's PR & Digital Manager said the decision was the result of a consensus between the two parties, prioritizing the interests of customers and the continuation of after-sales service. Despite the closure of one dealership, Ne Zha Auto remains committed to supporting the development of the electric vehicle industry in Indonesia and the existing network of 13 dealerships ensures that consumers' rights and services are not compromised, including vehicle warranty, emergency roadside assistance, door-to-door service and access to vehicle maintenance records. Ne Zha Auto has been mired in negative publicity recently, rumored to be facing a financial crisis, with its R&D team in China disbanded, as well as layoffs and unpaid wages for its employees, and even payment disputes with parts suppliers, who have visited its Shanghai headquarters to collect debts. Nezha Motors Indonesia responded by saying that these situations were actually efficiency improvement initiatives by the company, and that the problems in China would not affect its business development in Indonesia.
