GACEA opens ten dealer outlets in Indonesia

Aion Indonesia recently opened 10 dealerships in both Jabodetabek and Bandung, the result of a partnership with PT Indomobil Wahana Trada, which opened after the importation of 600 Y Plus arrived in Indonesia in early September.Aion Indonesia said the opening is part of the initial distribution program for Aion's electric vehicle model Y Plus.Of the 10 dealerships, nine are located in Jabodetabek and one in Bandung. Most of these dealerships offer 3S (sales, service, spare parts) and 1S (sales) services. Dealers with 3S service status are Aion PIK, Aion Daan Mogot, Aion Warung Buncit, Aion Harapan Indah, Aion Sukamaju, Aion Cikarang, and Aion Soekarno Hatta.Meanwhile, the other three 1S dealers are Aion QBig, Aion Supermall Karawaci and Aion Grand Metropolitan Mall.
Aion is an electric vehicle brand from China whose distribution in Indonesia is handled by PT Indomobil Energi Baru. The venture is a subsidiary of the Indomobil Group and works together with Chinese company Guangqi Aion New Energy Automobile Co. GAC Aion and the Indomobil Group announced their partnership in April of this year, and in June the Y Plus was launched in Indonesia, priced at Rp415- Rp475 million.Aion made its debut at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Automotive Show (GIIAS) in July with the launch of the Hyptec HT.In early September, 600 units of the Y Plus, imported from China, landed in Indonesia, which was the first time that Aion offers current cars to consumers who have placed orders.
