CNC Technology and Pertamina officially signed a strategic cooperation memorandum

Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CCTech") and Pertamina Gas Negara Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as "PGN") formally signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation on the automation and intelligence of natural gas pipeline network facilities, which marks a solid step forward in jointly promoting the development of digitalization, intelligence and greening of the energy industry between CCTech and PGN. As one of the countries with the richest natural gas reserves in the Asia-Pacific region, the sustainable development of Indonesia's natural gas industry is of great significance in promoting the transformation of the global energy structure, and PGN is the controlling subsidiary of Indonesia's largest conglomerate, PT Pertamina (Persero), whose business covers all areas of upstream and downstream natural gas in Indonesia. PGN is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), Indonesia's largest conglomerate, with business covering upstream, midstream and downstream of natural gas, and is the largest natural gas company in Indonesia. According to the cooperation agreement, CCTC Technology and PGN will fully utilize their respective strengths to develop in-depth cooperation in multiple fields. The two parties will jointly develop and apply cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital technology to accelerate gas market expansion and economic feasibility studies, and shorten the development cycle of gas infrastructure storage and transportation facilities. At the same time, they will also fully optimize PGN's business processes to support the efficient expansion of the city gas market and meet the growing market demand.

In addition, CCTC will make full use of its core technological capabilities in the fields of instrumentation, industrial control systems, advanced control, real-time online optimization, etc., to provide strong support for the construction of PGN's Digital Intelligence and ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of natural gas facilities.
