About the Chamber 

The General Association of Chinese Chambers of Commerce in Indonesia (GACCI), formerly known as Chinese Business Association in Indonesia (CBAI), was established in May 2005, and on September 28, 2010, it was renamed as China Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (CCCI), and in 2015, it was renamed as General Association of Chinese Chambers of Commerce in Indonesia (GACCI). Commerce in Indonesia on September 28, 2010, and in December 2015, it was renamed as the General Association of Indonesian Chinese Chambers of Commerce (GACCI). The Chamber is a non-profit, non-political civil association formed by Chinese organizations and Chinese individuals in Indonesia. The purpose of the Chamber is to serve Chinese enterprises registered in Indonesia, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises in Indonesia; enhance the traditional friendship between the Chinese and Indonesian people, promote friendly cooperation and exchanges between Chinese and Indonesian enterprises, and play an important role as a bridge and link.

The Chamber has more than 260 members, all of which are Chinese enterprises, including the world's top 500 state-owned enterprises, as well as China's top 100 domestic private enterprises and industry leaders. They cover a wide range of industries such as energy, minerals, transportation, finance, insurance, electronic information, machinery, contracting, chemicals and trade.

The supreme authority of the Chamber is the General Assembly, and the Board of Directors is the standing body of the General Assembly. It is entrusted by the General Assembly to exercise the rights of the General Assembly during the period when the General Assembly is not in session, and to decide on and deal with the day-to-day affairs of the Chamber. The Chamber has set up a Secretariat, which is responsible for the daily affairs and liaison work of the Chamber. The Chamber has implemented the industry contact system, according to the specific situation of different industries, the current membership of thermal power, hydropower, new energy, mechanical and electrical equipment, agriculture, finance, petroleum and petrochemical, rail transportation, water engineering, construction and building materials, mining and metallurgy, logistics and transportation, real estate is divided into twelve industry chapters and regional chapters - Bali and Riau chapter, respectively, the designated chairman of the chapter, Vice President, responsible for providing support and services to members of the industry and the region.

The main function of the Chamber is to "safeguard rights, research, information, promotion, coordination, fellowship" twelve-word policy, six functions.

With the strengthening of economic and trade cooperation between China and Indonesia, the General Association of Indonesian Chinese Chambers of Commerce (GACCI) is playing an increasingly important role in the trade cooperation between China and Indonesia.
