Indonesia Central Java Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI)

Name of the Chamber: MASYARAKAT CHINESE JAWA TENGAH INDONESIA.

I. Nature of the Chamber:

A province-wide, joint, non-profit social organization registered in accordance with the law.

II. Policy, purpose and philosophy of the organization: 

(I) Policy: Based on China's Belt and Road Strategy and Indonesia's (hereinafter referred to as "Indonesia") socio-economic importance in Southeast Asia, we will work together with the Chinese and their enterprises in Central Java to ensure a healthy and orderly life and development.

(b) Objectives of the Association: "Unity, Communication, Development, Harmony and Progress" and "Serve the members, fulfill the responsibilities for the two countries, and play a role for the society".

(C) the concept of running the meeting: service, activities, public welfare, culture and harmony.

II. Scope of services 

(i) Dissemination of policies and regulations on the management of social organizations in both countries;

(ii) Undertake the transfer of functions from government departments and complete related operations;

(c) Organize chamber activities such as exchanges and friendships, business training, business visits and project matching;

(d) Provide members with services such as communication, information, financing, rights protection, medical care, publicity, schooling, counseling and talents;

(v) Establishing information platforms such as websites and microblogs;

(vi) Supporting chambers of commerce and enhancing their capacity for sustainable development.

Membership Requirements and Procedures

I. The Association shall consist of unit members and individual members.

(a) Enterprises and institutions in Central Java whose legal representative or controlling shareholder is of Chinese nationality may apply for membership in the Association as a unit member;

(ii) Persons of Chinese nationality living and working in Central Java may apply to join the Association in their personal capacity.

Members applying for membership must know and abide by the bylaws of the Association and must be legally responsible.

Procedures for membership: submission of application form for membership; examination and approval by the Secretariat of the Association; consultation with the Executive Committee (consisting of the President, Vice President, Secretary General, Supervisors, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the Treasurer) in the form of a meeting or a newsletter; and the President's final approval and issuance of a membership plaque and a certificate of membership.

Membership Rights and Obligations

Members have the following rights: 

(i) The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

(ii) Participate in the activities and enjoy the services of the Association;

(c) The right to criticize and supervise the work of the Association;

Members fulfill the following obligations:

Comply with the constitution of the Association, implement the resolutions of the Association, fulfill the obligations of the Association, maintain the reputation of the Association, participate in the activities of the Association, and pay the dues in time.

Membership Rights and Obligations

I. Criteria and method of collection of contributions

Article 34 Dues President 30 articles/year; Vice-President 20 articles/year; Secretary General 20 articles/year; Executive Committee 10 articles/year; Unit Member 10 articles/year Individual Member 1.2 articles/year.

II. Collection methods

(i) Contributions are collected on an annual basis. Those joining in the middle of the session shall pay the appropriate dues according to the number of years of membership; the payment of dues is the obligation of the members, but according to the situation of the member organizations and individuals themselves;

(ii) Dues for subsequent years are payable by the second quarter. Payment of dues will be announced in the Chamber's work group. In case of non-payment, it will be treated as automatic withdrawal from January 1 of the following year.

(c) For member organizations and individuals who encounter temporary difficulties in operation, they may defer payment after submitting a report for approval and will not be treated as automatic withdrawal.

Principles of asset management, utilization 

I. Sources of funding for the Association: income from membership fees; donations received; grants from government departments; income from paid services; interest income; and other lawful income.

II. The standard of membership fee and the management method shall be voted by the General Assembly of Members.

The funds of the Chamber must be used for the business scope and development of the cause as stipulated in the Articles of Association, Note: (normal operation of the Chamber, salaries of full-time staff, holding activities, etc.), and shall not be distributed among the members.

IV. The Association shall have professionally qualified accounting staff. The accountant shall not serve as cashier at the same time. The Association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure that accounting information is legal, true, accurate and complete.

The assets of the Association shall not be misappropriated, privatized or misappropriated by any unit or individual. The Association's asset management strictly implement the financial management system stipulated by the state, and accept the supervision of the General Assembly.

VI. The Association must undergo a financial audit by an accounting or auditing firm prior to the renewal or replacement of its legal representatives.

VII. The salaries, insurance and welfare benefits of the full-time staff of the Association shall be governed by the provisions of the country in which they work.
