Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia in Jiangxi Province under the strong support of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, in Indonesia to fight under the joint efforts of Jiangxi hometowns, in March 13, 2016 in Jakarta was formally established and registered in accordance with the law. Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia elected the Board of Directors as well as the Chamber's leadership organization, the first batch of more than 30 founding member units. Name of the Chamber: Indonesia Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce (PERHMPUNAN PENGUSAHA INDONESIA JIANGXI).

I. Nature and purpose
The Chamber of Commerce is a social organization composed of people of Jiangxi nationality in Indonesia in the capacity of a unit or an individual, engaging in business communication, trade exchanges, information transfer. It accepts the supervision, management and business guidance from the department in charge of business of the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia, the departments and agencies of the Jiangxi Provincial Government and the relevant departments of Indonesia.
II. Objectives of the Chamber
According to the relevant laws, regulations and policies of China and Indonesia, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member units in accordance with the law, through guidance, coordination and other means, service, unity and guidance of enterprises, merchants and various types of economic organizations in Jiangxi Province, legitimate business, and to promote the healthy and orderly development of economic cooperation, cultural and human resources exchanges between Indonesia and Jiangxi Province.
III. Scope of business of the Chamber
- To serve enterprises or individuals of Jiangxi nationality in Indonesia, to achieve cooperation, win-win situation and development; to guide enterprises, businessmen and all kinds of economic organizations from Jiangxi to Indonesia to develop in the direction of standardization, and to strengthen ties with other chambers of commerce and organizations.
- Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Chamber, and supervise the compliance of Chamber members with laws, regulations and business ethics.
- Strive to build the Chamber's brand and increase its visibility.

Membership Requirements and Procedures

Application for Membership Conditions:
- Embrace the bylaws of the Chamber;
- Voluntary application for membership;
- Jiangxi industrial and commercial people who can take the overall situation into account and abide by the law;
- Appropriate absorption of non-Jiangxi people and related enterprises inside and outside the province as a member of the assistance to join the Chamber of Commerce, to enjoy the treatment of members, the standard dues according to the level of membership with the members of Jiangxi Province, and so on.
Membership Enrollment Procedures:
- To submit an application for membership, you must submit three 1-inch bareheaded photos, a copy of your business license or approval of your office in Indonesia or Jiangxi Province, or proof of your Jiangxi nationality;
- Discussed and approved by the Chamber's Board of Directors and filed with the Secretariat;
- A membership card is issued by the Chamber of Commerce.
Membership Rights and Obligations
I. Members shall enjoy the following rights:
- Enjoy the right to elect member representatives, the right to be elected and the right to vote;
- Participate in the activities of the Chamber;
- Priority access to materials, information and related services provided by the Chamber;
- Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free.
II. Members shall fulfill the following obligations
- To fulfill the resolutions of the Chamber;
- Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Chamber of Commerce;
- Complete the work assigned by the Chamber of Commerce;
- Payment of dues on time;
- Take the initiative to reflect the situation to the Chamber of Commerce and provide data and information;
- Actively participate in activities organized by the Chamber.
Three,Membership withdrawal and removal:
- If a member voluntarily withdraws from the Chamber or needs to withdraw from the Chamber due to job transfer and other normal circumstances, he/she should notify the Chamber in writing and return his/her membership card, and the Chamber will cancel his/her membership accordingly;
- A member shall be removed from the Chamber by decision of the Chamber's Board of Directors and his/her membership shall be canceled if he/she has any of the following conditions.
- Those who have violated the law and have been sanctioned by the relevant laws;
- There has been a serious violation of these bylaws;
- Failure to fulfill membership obligations;
- Failure to pay contributions on time;
- Loss of legal registrants at home or in Indonesia;
- Other special circumstances that cause a member to act in violation of the Chamber's bylaws
Note: No refunds of membership fees will be made for any removed or withdrawn members.
Principles of asset management utilization
- Sources of funding for the Chamber:
- Dues;
- Donation;
- Government funding;
- Revenue from activities or services performed within the approved scope of operations;
- Other lawful income.
The Chamber's membership fee is collected on the basis of the term of office and is paid to the designated account of the Chamber with an official receipt issued by the Chamber. The annual membership fee is Rp 30 million for the President, Rp 20 million for the Executive Vice President, Rp 10 million for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Secretary General, Rp 3 million for the Board of Directors, and Rp 1 million for the Members.
- The funds of the Chamber must be used for the scope of business and career development as stipulated in the Bylaws and shall not be distributed among the members.
- The Chamber establishes a strict financial management system to ensure that accounting information is legal, true, accurate and complete. The Chamber's asset management must implement the financial management system and accept the supervision of the General Assembly of Members.
- The Chamber must undergo a financial audit organized by the competent business unit before the change of the Chamber's term of office or the replacement of the legal representative.
- The assets of the Chamber shall not be appropriated, misappropriated or misappropriated by any organization or individual.
