Chamber of Commerce Profile:

Hunan Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia was established on December 11, 2023 in Jakarta. The establishment of the Chamber of Commerce is the long-cherished wish of many Hunan business people over the years, but also the "Avenue walks with the Silk Road resonance" of the Chinese dream, the establishment of the Chamber of Commerce marks the end of the history of Hunan sons and daughters of entrepreneurship in Indonesia alone, and jointly constructed a platform for interoperability, information sharing, mutual help, win-win cooperation and development. The establishment of the Chamber of Commerce as a home for business people of Hunan origin also announces the arrival of an era of solidarity and joint efforts.

Chamber of Commerce nature:

Non-profit, civil society organization to become a communication and service platform for Hunan enterprises in Indonesia.

Purpose of the Chamber of Commerce:

It serves Hunan enterprises operating in Indonesia, safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of Hunan enterprises in Indonesia, enhances the exchange and cooperation between Hunan businessmen and Indonesian people, promotes the friendship between the people of China and India, and contributes to the friendly bilateral relations between China and India, and at the same time plays the role of a bridge and a link to promote the friendly cooperation between enterprises in Hunan and those in other provinces.

Membership Requirements and Procedures

I. Conditions of membership

The membership of the Chamber consists of enterprises or representative offices in Indonesia of all forms of ownership established by Hunan nationals or invested by individuals approved by the Indonesian government, and in the future, it will also absorb overseas Chinese enterprises and influential Indian-funded enterprises that are registered in Indonesia to conduct trade transactions with Chinese enterprises.

II. Membership procedures

Anyone who recognizes the Chamber's constitution, voluntarily submits a written application, and is approved by the Chamber's Board of Directors, may join the Chamber as a member.
