Swancity - Swan City launched the first phase of approximately 2,600 landed residences in Jakarta, Indonesia in 2017 and the second phase of approximately 1,600 units in 2018.

Following the successful launch of the first and second phases, Swancity Swansea City has partnered with Mitsubishi Estate Residence of Japan to develop the third phase of Daisan, a premium landed residential (villa) project.

These three premium residential projects are located in Tangerang New City (TNC), a 2,600-hectare integrated industrial-city development with a rich mix of amenities, convenient transportation network and community services. Our aim is to create a state-of-the-art attractive city in Jakarta.
